Comments:
my IT band kinda hurt this morning but it actually felt better running than walking. nonetheless, I decided not to try and go longer to be on the safe side. I wish I didn't have to take a day off tomorrow. I really just want to be running. I stretched and did my pt strength and later went climbing with abby, jacob, and levi.
