Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started with a nice warmup into fall creek for a little then through the bird sanctuary. Then we stopped at Stewart to start our workout. Didn't do the team warmup because Weishaar had to get to work at 5. Anyways this workout was good. I actually got breathing harder than usual for this one. Me and Neil Just stuck together and everyone regrouped after each rep. The workout was:
2' off 2' on(5k pace) 1' off 1' on(2 mile pace) 30" off 30" on(mile pace X 5 sets
We went a little harder each new set but it didn't feel much harder to me. I am very sore from the lifting yesterday but that just what it feels like to do lifting after you haven't done it for awhile. For this log I just mapped out total distance of a set. After we were done me Simon and Neil got a 10 min cool down and everyone else got a 6 min cool down in which was not enough. We did do some tough abs afterwards.
