Comments:
Today was awful...mile repeats on the indoor track. I wanted to keep it low key, start at 7 min pace and get faster. 5 min rest in between. My group took it out pretty quick though. 6:42, 6:37, 6:20 I believe. I didn't do the 4th one because I've been sick since the weekend and breathing has been an issue. I kind of bitched out but oh well. Not a huge fan of mile repeats and def didn't think we needed to be doing 4 of them. Guess I gotta trust Graz though
