Weather: 65 degrees and breezy
Comments:
10 minute warmup, then got into 6x600 with about 90 seconds rest. Averaged around 1:56, which was where I wanted to be at. Got five minutes rest, then went into 2x300 with 4 minutes rest in between. Went all out on these and went 45, and 44.5. Mile cooldown afterwards. Getting into more mile stuff is rough work, but I just felt tired today.
