Comments:
Warmup, drills, 12 mile run (1:23) with Fletcher, Lucci, and Ollie. Coach said to keep the pace slow so we went 7 flats the entire time. Picked it up a little towards the end. Finished with a perimeter and some light jogging when I got back. 8 100m strides on the indoor track.
