Wild Wings

This run was definitely the best. Luckily my foot wasn't hurting that bad the ice bath definitely paid off. Started with the mile warm up then got off to a run. Was supposed to do 5-6 mile but no one wanted to do hills and we've done a bunch of cass parks so no one wanted to do those either. So the only thing I could think of was a wild wings. turns out this wasn't the best choice because we had to turn around early we had to cut through Walmart and come back on fall creek this made the run suck. Plus it was a gloomy day, and a Monday so no one was really in a good mood. Shows that in Ithaca you almost have to throw in some hills. When we got back we got some strides in. we did 8 100m strides with a 100m jog back. These felt fairly good. Just got up on my toes. Bad days are necessary for the good days to be good so its all good. hopefully tomorrow will be nice out.
