Comments:
Warm up, drills, 5x30 sprints, 5x30 bounds
I'm a bit out of shape, but today was good. 3x5min efforts (kind of like mile repeats). 1min rest, flying 150, then rest until 5min total has been reached. Repeat. We were hitting about 6:15 pace for each rep. Made it to a little past 1200, then past 1250, then around 1250. Crushed the second one, gave up a bit on the third and fell off the pack.
2.5 mile cool down. Abs and stretching. Already very sore...
