Back on the outdoor track, today was beautiful. very windy though. still very sore
warm up, drills, 6x30 (barefoot), then spikes for workout: 3x400 at goal race pace, 7-12min recovery
Shooting for 70ish (2:20), hit 66 (31,35), 69 (34,35), 68 (34,34)
Felt pretty terrible, very tight and sore, kind of worried for Saturday and what two in a row will feel like. Hopefully the adrenaline and competition will pull me along.
