Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Practice didn't start until like 4:50 getting jerseys and stuff. We finally got out to our run in which was supposed to be just around 45-55 mins with the last 3rd of the run being at a slightly faster pace. Just a little pickup to get the legs moving. The run was good. Was the perfect temperature out there. We did the normal Giles then started the progression once we were above the cemetery that we did workout on last summer. Then we extended through Cayuga Heights all the way to the end of Cayuga Heights rd. where we would end up going back down id we were doing an oak crest then we kept the progression down to Remington. Took it slow back down the hill then to the track. We finally had Silas back on the run with us its good to have him back it feels like we haven't ran together in forever. But this is probably the longest run hes done in awhile so its good hes progressing back.
