Comments:
Swam 12 lap warm up with 3 stops. Then did 6 x 150 w/:30 rest in 2:42-2:45 with #6 in 2:38. Then 14 laps coninuous to finish with 50! My longest swim session ever! Felt good and did 1-12 without flippers and the last 38 with flippers.
