Comments:
well, I woke up at 6 o'clock to run with mike w, ethan, and luke shivers. it was a good run except for the fact that it was 6 in the morning. was a little tight in the beginning but soon loosened up. problem though was that i was tired after I so I went back to bed almost immediently after taking a shower. Woke up for work around 10 and was pretty tight.
