cool down back to the KAC - had to rush because of seminar at 7pm

felt really strong - a little upset that I was slow on the last two because I felt like I was running really tough and on pace. Ended up being by myself for the last 3, so that made it a little difficult, but I think that I did a good job staying focused and determined during this workout.
