Because of picture day we didn't get done until 5:10 so there wasn't enough time for the workout so today was an off day or very easy day. Decided to cross train and get a short run in. There wasn't many bikes at the high school(2) so the girls already had them and I didn't want to wait for awhile so I went to island. I biked for 25 mins then I ran for 22 mins. Just very light stuff just to get the blood flowing a little. Then I did 15 mins of abs. Was defintely sweating bullets on the bike and it was tough.
