Comments:
Ran the 4x4 today
1.5 mile warm up, drills, accelerations, etc.
Leg 3, ran 63, didn't have anyone to run against bc we were far behind...Olivia ended up catching some peeps and we got 4th overall with a 4:06
Disappointed in my time but happy with the overall result.
