Night run!

Finally running!! We took yesterday off because of jet lag and then had no place to run today until about 11:30 at night. Ana and I dragged our dad out with us. The way there was entirely uphill and the way back entirely down. I felt surprisingly good on the uphill and felt awesome on the downhill. The temperature was really nice and the setting was pretty. It's really nice to have Ana here to run with me. For strength we did crunch progression (45) and 3 sets of push up progression. I also did my PT strength. It band and shins but hurt a little bit but not too bad!
