Cornell run

Comments:
Just an easier run today since we had a hard effort Tuesday and then a relatively harder effort yesterday. Me Ian Neil and Hunter headed up into Cornell through the graveyard then went up past the Johnson Art museum through the art quad up tower then down to BeeBee. We went halfway around there then into Cayuga Heights for a little and back down. We lifted after that. I already have ice bath Sunday's but I need more days to build consistency. I might start the schedule:
Sun- Icebath
Mon- Abs/Lifting
Tues- If no abs Monday then abs
Wed- hips/abs/rolling+Stetching
Thurs- lifting
Friday- abs
Sat- hips/rolling+stretching
