Sapsucker

Very early for this run. Was out there just a little after it got light. Had to go to my brothers basketball game so I had to leave at like 9 so I started early. It was just a nice typical long Sunday run. Just ran and didn't think about much. Did a typical Sapsucker except I extended it a little bit around BeeBee and into Cornell for a little. Was looking for getting in some volume for today. Didn't even focus on pace just sorta ran. Running by myself has defintely gotten easier overtime. I remember last year and especially freshman year running 9 miles by yourself felt like a marathon and even running 6 was tough. Now I don't really think about it much, just another run. The trails were pretty muddy near the plantations but the Sapsukcer trails were perfect I forgot how much I liked them because I haven't been on them in awhile. My foot was hurting about 10 mins in. Stopped rubbed it out a little then tried to run on it if it were to continue hurting I would turn back but it was fine I think my shoes were a little too tight. My legs weren't fatigued at the end but they just felt like they had some aches. Did my usual Icebath. Which defintely helped. I'll started doing 1-2 a week once the season starts. Last week was defintely a down week. But we really only had 5 days of running with Friday being an off day(I ran 3 miles just to do something). So it was like 9 miles a day for those 5 days. This week I'll be doing 7 days of running so I should be in the mid 60's this week being an up week.
