Comments:
Nice run today. I knew today was supposed to be a day off but since I hadn't really run on the weekend because of debate I ran today. Felt very hilly because I forgot how hilly the trail was. It was a good thinking run. Some lifting, calf raises, and squats afterwards. Planks and crunch progression for strength.
