Got whatever was going around so I was pretty dormant for like 3 days. This made my legs start to flare up more. I was confused why doing nothing would hurt it but Brain wasn't surprised as lying on the couch was putting more pressure on my lower back. Only got a short bike in today because I had PT at 5
