Comments:
First run in the new wave riders. Wasnt really feeling running all day but eventually around 7PM i decided to go for a run on the treadmill but the gym was closed. Decided to go on a run outside in a while. Started ok, steady pace but started to get cold and slowed a little reaching 34th st (at exactly 12min). Came back in 12:23 but was relatively uphill. Running back with a pretty good head wind. Felt like I was going faster than I was. I honestly thought I would be in a bit better shape but it's still so early. Back feeling significantly better (why i Havent ran in a while) - I may have pushed to quickly as I was starting and changing orthotics. Didnt feel the same drive yesterday but as I am typing this the next day my legs are sore which is good. Onward.
