Comments:
Ran to AU with the intention of doing 8 200s. After I did 5 200s I realized I didn't want to do 3 more intervals so instead I did 2 300s. Times were with my phone so they probably aren't the most accurate bc of lag and stuff.
On the workout, I felt as though I wasn't sprinting all out, like I could be pushing myself more, but I didn't know what else to do. I hope that feeling doesn't last long. It's very hard to push myself when I'm on my own!
