Windy 600s, Gassy 300s

Comments:
Somehow got looped into leading the windy reps of 6x600, so my legs got tired pretty easily. Averaged around 2 flat, which I was okay with since my weekend was a bit rough. The first 300 I felt fine(44.3), but I really had to find a portapotty the last 200 of the last 300. Ten minute warmup and cooldown. Rest was 90 seconds for the 600s and 4 minutes for the 300s.
