Chafing Leaving It's Mark

Comments:
Set out to do an easy 3 and it turned into nothing but. That chafing I got from the 12 mile makes it really hard to run. I had to hold up my right arm like it was broken! Plus socks were too tight, shoes were too tight making for uncomfortable legs. Let's just call it an anomoly! These things happen. :)
