Comments:
Went with my dad after skiing. Way out uphill way back downhill. It was pretty sluggish on the way out--he walked the last couple minutes on the way out. Way back was fun. Did push up progression and crunch progression plus PT strength.'We're planning on doing our hill workout tommorow which is going to be rough. 3 days of skiing and running has left me very sore.
