We did a progressive run today, it was a bit easier than last week's progressive run because the pace wasn't as fast.

My parents bought the tickets for the olympic trials on tuesday! We're in section S, row 2. I looked at it on the map and they seem like great seats. I was really surprised when Coach B told me that he is going to the trials as well and that he will actually be there on the same day as me (July 7th)! My family and I are only staying in Eugene for two nights which is longer than most of the places we're visiting. We have a lot planned, but I think the highlight of the trip will be the trials and Portland. I'll be away from July 3rd to 13th, but I'll still be running and we're probably going to try out a 30 mile bike ride on day four.
