Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt a little better than yesterday today but still not perfect my hips are just tight leading to my lower back and quads to be tight. I really felt it early on in the run where my legs were getting tired but as the run went on I felt better and better. We did Spencer trails backwards to skip the big hill which was actually nicer. I didn't know that pace was that fast until afterwards I guess the second half of the run we just were trying to get back. It was pretty hot today. Like 75 degrees which I was not ready for at all. Summer is coming. Afterwards we hit up some strides and then lifting which has gotten easier and easier for me overtime which is defintely a good sign.
