Weather: Sunny, upper 70s. Clear again!

Comments:
Wanted to push it for this shorter run today and see what I could potentially lay down for RTB leg 2. Right shin is still feeling sore and funky. Never got lunch today at the restaurant and was probably a little sapped as a result of that. I feel like I should have been able to definitely push harder. I need to focus on pace a bit more on days like this, I think. Feet were also a bit tired (my knew shoes are not as good for support as I had hope. F-you Dr. Scholls!)

Long hills tomorrow evening. Hopefully I'll not be running on an empty stomach.
