So... I decided to come back on Running-log (Thanks Tiffany and Janie for convincing me lol) after about 4 months or so. Now if I can only get the whole boys team to get on ;)
PR split in the 800 today (high 2:04 - low 2:05). Impressive part of the 800 was my even splits (1:02, 1:02).
Pretty decent 1600 split I thought (missed the PR by 3 seconds, but that's okay).
The goal is to break 2 min in the 800, and break 4:30 in the mile by the end of the season. Pretty good start to the season though!
