Weather: low 60s and lots of wind
Comments:
After sitting around most of the day working on a computer, I met a third of the team for the optional practice. Took a slow jog to AU with them. timed Tristan's workout and ran a few slow laps and a few brisk cross-field jaunts. Ran back with the distance boys. Felt heavy, slow and awful on every step I took. I hate days when my body feels like this.
