Weather: 50s, muggy, and some haze

Comments:
Ran from Dad's into Riverside Park and up along the Hudson trail to 125th and back. Pace on the way out was very slow and I felt tight and slow. Took a few minutes to loosen up with stretches at the turn around, and then I felt much lighter, quicker and motivated on the way south. My return trip was several minutes faster. then I spent the rest of the day driving home to DC with lots of traffic and lunch with the marmot and his family near Philadelphia.
