Another day of NY stuff... empire State Building in the morning, Zaabars, American in Paris in the afternoon, and Elios. Found 15 minutes after some track work on the computer to run down my father's 12 flights, out through Riverside Park northbound, turning at 8:00 and ran back, including up the 12 flights in 7:30. I pushed the pace, but never felt very good.
