Today we did a workout at Ft Reno. This was a fun workout, although I expected and hoped that I'd do more. We ran down Albemarle to get there and looped around the park a little bit. I was in a group with Jenna, Hannah, Michelle, Julia, and Ilana. 2 hills, 2 loops which probably around 500ish meters at 800m race pace, and then lastly some sprints at the end. It was a good workout, I felt like I pushed myself definitely on the hills. I thought that we were going to do more loops around the park then we actually did, so I saved up a little bit of energy so I didn't completely push myself on the loops. Striders felt good as did the run back to school. I kind of wish that we did more, because I was feeling very fresh today even though I've been running every day for a week; but I didn't say anything sadly.
Strength was before practice; 1:30 (!!!) of planks and some plank leg lifts. and SLL (10 each position). Clams when we got back (25 per).
Shoutout to Jeff who's now on running-log!! I guess inspiration won out!!!
