Comments:
Today the girl's team ran the four mile loop IN REVERSE. I, stupidly, didn't drink much water during the day and felt VERY dehydrated during this run. I got a cramp :(( . I ran with Maddi, Lulu, Jenna, and Ilana.
We also did hard push-up variations and a LOT of strength work with Pete Silverman. I enjoyed it when my abs and legs didn't hurt!!
