Comments:
Felt ok - still way too heavy to be out there running so a bit discouraged. I feel like a big lumbering idiot out there sometimes. Anyway, the time was decent and I was wiped out afterward, but got it done. Questioned a few times how I will be able to get through 13.1...but I should be at least 20 pounds lighter and will continue to build my base....and of course I will be taking walk breaks through various drink stations along the way so may be ok. Weighed in at 237.2 this morning before the run so that was encouraging. Down 55.6 pounds since March!
