Legs feel really crappy. Throbbing again when I'm sitting...I guess 18 minutes was too much for them to handle. I don't really know what more I can do, I feel like I have tried everything and I don't seem t be making much progess. Was fun watching the practice meet yesterday, but it was really tough because I just Wanted to race. Had PT today so I was a little late to practice.
