Hardest workout I've done in a while, probably because Kevin Fitzgerald and I took the Hard intervals at around 5:20-5:30 pace. Didn't feel so great after the workout, but I'm just glad we got it done.

Elizabeth, I will definitely try to get Ben on the dash log lol. No promises though ;)
