Went down to MLK for a tempo. Decided it was about time to switch over to using the newer mile markers as the old are now almost gone. I do like that the finish is flat. That's a nice touch.

Felt good - especially through mile 3. Miles were 6:05, 6:10, 6:15, 5:55. Wanted the middle two closer. When I finished HR was about 160. #tempolove
