Comments:
Ran to AU with Joyce and Ellie for part of the way, ran back with freshman girls and then cross trained for 10 minutes (not going to bother with a second log). I felt heavy legged at first but loosened up a lot. I'm a little nervous to race tomorrow but mostly looking forward to the meet.
