Comments:
0500 start, ace brace, 2 cortiszone, 4 immodium and camelback. No stops no walks. 2nd leg faster.
course varied from paved to small pebbles to sand, but went quickly. Good run. Can't be 1:56 -Maybe 2:56? Other runners noted this. Based on the other team members who ran a missed turn and finished 4 mins ahead of me 2 hours and at least 25 is right.
