Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
lifted lower body before starting. On this workout I was much more steady than I usually am on a bike. I like to play around with the levels a lot during a ride. On this one I slowly progressed until I was really working and then backed off bit for the last few mins. Another good day--yes, i realize it's pretty hard to have a bad day when you're inside pedaling a bike.
