Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the mile today in the rainy and cold part of the day. I'm pretty happy with my race! It was a 6 second PR and I'm pretty pleased with how I ran it. Anthony told me to start slow and speed up and I did. I didn't let my nerves take over and look for a reason for the race to be bad. I split 3:32 and 3:00 which I think means I could have run faster. The second half was faster than the (not so great) 800 I ran a couple weeks ago at St. Albans. Overall I had a really awesome time being at the meet all day and watching a lot of great races. I'm really going to miss meet days next year. Special shoutout to Hannah, India (first race back!) and my very own Ana Gunther.
