Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Started today with the team warmup. Then we did a longer progression run. It was 10-10-5 rather than 5-5-5 since our workout would be much less today. We got back and did 9x30m flys which were more like 9x50m because we would accelerate in then decelerate out. Spiked up for the last 3 reps in my new spikes and they felt really good. They were really bouncy and felt like I bounced right off my toes. I just felt faster in them which is good physiologically. Finished with a boynton mile cool down then barefoot running with Silas. Then I did a few more strides in my spikes and went back inside for some lower body lifting. I really felt these since I haven't been doing much lower body lifting yet. Did box jumpsx50 and lungesx50 each leg. Talked with Weishaar about my foot hurting lately. I guess my arches are worse than I thought. But it should get better now that my new shoes have more cushioning.
