Weather: muggy/ same as wu and cd

Comments:
so we did 2 miles easy and then picked it up at mile 3 and each mile after that we picked up until we had done 3 hard, BUT NOT ANAROBIC, miles.

this felt soooooooooooo good!! one more mile and i would have deid, but i was still able to make conversation and breathing was not bad!

1 mile = 7.21
2 mile = 7.11
3 mile = 6.56

great workout and hope i do it again!!
