400s workout! I psyched myself out for it all day. I was a bit disappointed to only be doing 6 even though I know thats the right number for me and a couple more 400s aren't worth getting injured for. Plus by the time I was finished I couldn't bring myself to ask for more. They were definitely tiring. For the last few I started to get raspy asthmatic breath at the end of each interval but it was manageable.

I know this probably isn't accurate but it seems inconceivable that I'd be able to do two of these in a row and yet if I did my fastest one from today twice I'd still be 4 seconds off of my 800 PR.
