Weather: hot and sunny

Comments:
matt and i met up half way between our houses, then we just sort of ran all over through the woods, on the gravel pitts, and on the road.we walked a lot and ran a lot, but i only counted the time we ran. we altogether went somewhere around 7 miles, but we went at a very easy pace. i also showed him the pebble hills that i sometimes go up and we did a couple of those. overall, a good recovery day.
