Ouch!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool... perfect and a beautiful sunset!

Comments:
Had tennis class today. One and a half hours out in the sun, chasing balls I never seem to hit. Sunburnt and severely dehydrated. The sun is not my friend.
Continuing the routine, Steph and I ran up to the gym. Both of us admitted we were starting to get tired...me from tennis, her from having class constantly all day from 9-5. (Luckily, the week is almost over.) Did uppper body today (only girls in the room; felt like a fool when I could barely bench the bar) and Steph pushed me SO far! I did 3 sets of 10 bench pressing the bar... more than I've ever done before. My arms are shaking as I write this, I am so deliciously sore. Also, on the way back down, she set an 8-something pace. Granted, we were going downhill, but my legs are already starting to feel it.
