Weather: not too shabby
Comments:
simple footbridge with the guys. Felt good, both my hamstring and ankles were feeling great, no twinges or pains. extended around Boyton with Ian and James, the rest of the guys extended through Cayuga Heights. Made sure to stretch out afterward.
Running Form notes, things to do:
- Keep a short stride(fast cadence), longer strides seem to irritate both my legs and ankles.
- allow my legs to string out behind me. My hamstring pain seems to be coming from lifting up my feet to high behind me. I have experienced a lot less pain when my feet are not as high behind me.
