Weather: nice, warmer than comfortable

Comments:
Felt relatively strong today. Ran pretty easy around the fields. Did 4x100 strides on the infield towards the end of the run. Only minor soarness in my knees towards the end and no other unusual soarness other than that. Took it kindof easy today thinking I'll run long in less than 20 hours from this run.

time to bump it up. body's ready for more tempo, faster average daily runs, and racing myself over the final 20 minutes of days here and there. need to feel my body pushing. I live in a forest and it's time I act like it.
