Felt great to do something other than biking. Was a lot more cardiovascular than biking and was difficult in a different way. After a break between every lap, I probably only got 20 mins of actual swimming. All the girls were swimming or aqua jogging so it was awesome to finally be doing a whole days workout with them. I didn't have any dry clothes to change into, so my wet sports bra completly soaked my shirt making lifting wet and cold
