200s on the rugby field

I'm leaving for Florida right after school today, which means I'm going to miss the practice meet :( . Weishaar gave me a workout to do this morning. It was a 15 minute warmup, 6 strides, 3x4 200s at a 42-44 second pace, than a 10 minute cooldown. I only did 3 sets and I cut the warmup and cooldown short because of limited time. There was 100m of jog between each 200 and 400m of jogging between sets. I couldn't figure out how to get my watch to display the distance in meters or even be more specific, so I went farther than 200 meters on some and shorter on others but they were all pretty similar.
I went up to the Cornell rugby field to do the workout. It was nice because no one ever uses that field and it's flat, but it was also a bit wet and muddy.
